At MinimalPad, every product is produced, assembled, packed, and shipped independently in small batches. Because of this, shipping times may be longer than large-scale retailers.
We appreciate your patience and support for independent hardware projects.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within:
- 3 to 14 business days
Some products, especially:
- assembled units
- custom configurations
- limited production runs
- preorder items
may require additional preparation time.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on production workload and component availability.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and shipping carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- International: 5–20 business days
Customs processing or international import procedures may cause additional delays outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any:
- import duties
- customs fees
- local taxes
- handling charges
required by their country.
MinimalPad is not responsible for customs delays or additional import costs.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
MinimalPad is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

As an independent maker operation, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to:
- component shortages
- manufacturing issues
- high order volume
- supplier delays
- international logistics disruptions
If significant delays occur, we will do our best to communicate updates as quickly as possible.
