Return and Refund Policy

At MinimalPad, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

This policy applies to products purchased directly from MinimalPad.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or a person chosen by you other than the carrier, receives the order. If one order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period starts when the final item is received.

To use your right of withdrawal, email **minimalpad@unbox-studio.com** before the 14-day period ends. Clearly state that you want to withdraw from the purchase and include your name and order number so we can identify the order. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this policy, but this is not required.

We will confirm receipt of your request and provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending the product back.

Returning your order

After notifying us that you are withdrawing, you must send the product back within 14 calendar days to:

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until the refund has been completed.

Please return the product with all components, accessories and, where reasonably possible, its original packaging.

You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and operation. For a DIY kit, actions such as soldering components, cutting pins or wires, applying adhesives, damaging components, or completing substantial assembly may reduce the value of the returned product. We may deduct that loss in value from the refund where permitted by law.

Discounted products have the same 14-day right of withdrawal as full-price products.

Refunds

When you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund the price paid for the returned products and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded unless required by applicable law.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless we agree on another method with you. You will not be charged a refund fee by MinimalPad.

We will process the refund no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the returned product or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.

After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may need additional time to place the funds in your account.

Damaged, incorrect or defective products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect, incomplete or defective, email **minimalpad@unbox-studio.com** as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem and, if helpful, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, supplying a missing part or a refund. MinimalPad will cover reasonable return costs when a product is damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the purchase agreement.

Your legal rights concerning defective or non-conforming products are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and are not limited by this policy.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different version or configuration, you can withdraw from the original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Order cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at **minimalpad@unbox-studio.com**. We will try to cancel it before dispatch. If it has already been shipped, you can use the return process described above.
